The resident trout population on the MO is incredible! It just gets better every year. In one spot, we witnessed several nice rises from some (more than one) trout that would do justice over any one’s fireplace mantel. Here’s one of them!
This beautiful female Brown had a fat belly full of eggs, ready to spawn.
It was a absolute pleasure letting her go to grow! It’s a great feeling to realize the quality trout fishing available here on the MO. Until we meet again next spring with some Dry Flies my friend!
