Steelhead Fishing on the Muskegon River, Newaygo Michigan…… you never know what you might get, but rest assured your in for a great time!  Matt Supinski joined me today for a afternoon trip.  The bite into the evening was solid!  Below Matt holds a nice chrome hen.  Despite the cold water temps of 33 degrees, the fish were active.  Slack water on the inside of bends seemed to be key for today.  Water levels are good around 2300 cfs with a really nice stain.  Look for new chrome to start moving in as the water temps start to rise with the water levels heading into March.  We have “some” winter spots still available and “many” excellent dates for spring steelhead fishing in March, April, and May.  Give us a call to book your trip now while peak dates last.  Great job today Matt!  Thanks for the excellent time on the water!!!!
