Here’s Yutao with a really nice steelhead from yesterday before the cold front.
Cooler weather is here. Water temps are currently in the high 40’s but expected to drop quickly in the next few days as the warm fall weather is over. As water temps start to fall steelhead will stack-up seeking winter lies in slower moving pools.
All that’s needed now is a push of higher water in the form of run off or rain to bring more steelhead up-stream.
