Dry Flies For Trout On The Muskegon River

Dry Flies For Trout On The Muskegon River

Bert with a really nice rainbow trout

Here’s Bert with one of several trout hooked on dry flies from yesterday.

Caddis, sulphurs, BWO’s and gray drakes are present throughout the river system.  Dry fly fishing for trout is doing very well as large size trout are starting to look up more than ever as the sucker spawn starts to draw to a close.  Water levels and temps are absolutely perfect.  The trout fishing with dry flies on the Muskegon river has been really good the past couple weeks.
