Steelhead fishing continues to get better as the number of steelhead continue to increase. Water temperatures are rising and water levels are falling. All of which is helping steelhead to position themselves in the tradition spring run areas for this time of year.
With the very cold start to April, look for May to offer some outstanding steelhead fishing as the cold start in April will only lengthen the steelhead run on the Muskegon river through May.
