Notice the lack of arctic winter weather wear on Joe? Today was the first guide trip in five months I actually took my coat off feeling “too warm.” Warmer weather is on the way to break the 35-degree water temp on the Muskegon right now. Cold water is the only thing holding back the steelhead run from breaking loose. Get ready; warmer weather in the forecast will dramatically improve steelhead fishing on a daily basis from here on out.
