Here’s Bert from Rodney, MI with a very long 31″ skamania steelhead from the Muskegon River that smashed a leech pattern.
The length and width of this steelhead resembles a skamania (summer run) steelhead originally planted in the Big Manistee and St. Joe rivers. Occasionally some lose their way and end up here in the Muskegon river. Very rare to land one in the fall on the Muskegon.
