Ever since the Michigan DNR raised the keep length of brown trout to 15-inches the brown trout population has grown in both length and quantity making the brown trout fishing on the Muskegon better than ever!
Fall steelhead continue to reach the upper sections of the river and with colder weather and rain in the immediate forecast will only improve the fall steelhead fishing in the weeks to come.
