Pictured is Andrew (top) with Steve and some outstanding Muskegon river fall steelhead not to mention several king salmon hooked through out the day trip. The focus today was on salmon but wondered what the outcome would have been if we concentrated on steelhead throughout the day with three for four steelhead strikes within 30 minutes.
Never experienced so many early season fall steelhead as witnessed the past few weeks of guide trips. If this is any sign of what’s to come you can bet the November fall run of steelhead will be incredible this year!
