So good to see so many king salmon come up this fall and along with it strong numbers of fall steelhead.
Just like the incredible size of the kings this year the fall steelhead have followed suit with most steelhead this fall reaching the boat in excess of 25-inches and 13 to 14 pounds.
It’s been an excellent fall run of steelhead so far this year with the peak just about to pop as the water temps drop and daylight gets shorter. Look for a major transition in weather patterns to hit weeks end. This drastic change in weather will put steelhead on the move and feeding as they go!
