Here’s Kurt with some nice steelhead including an outstanding 19″ Muskegon river rainbow trout from a few hour winter steelhead trip yesterday.
Water conditions have spiked to 3,900 cfs with a dark stain from all the rain and run-off the past couple days. With the high dirty water we found success by concentrating on the inner seams of slower moving runs. The steelhead were holding tight against the banks.
