Great dates still available for the Muskegon River Steelhead Spring Run!

Trips are starting to fill up in the months of March, April and May, but we still have a few prime dates open right in the middle of the busiest time of the year for steelhead fishing in Michigan.

Monday April 8 through Thursday the 11th will be some of the busiest times of the season as the Steelhead make their way up the Muskegon River from Lake Michigan. Remember, fish don’t just come out on the weekends! They’re active throughout the week so it might be a perfect time to step out from the office blues and fish with an experienced Muskegon River fishing guide to catch some of these Steelhead monsters.

Early to Mid-April will be about perfect as it’s going to get for the steelhead run. The warmer temperatures will continue to melt the snow, increasing runoff levels and raising the water levels, which is what these steel bullets love.
With so much snow this winter, water levels are going to be peaking around this time. So choose a half day or a full day and see what monster you can reel in. Book now before it’s too late!
