Here’s Brain from Cincinnati, OH with a massive Muskegon river king salmon that tipped the boga grips over 30 pounds!
Brian never king salmon fished before and wanted to give it a try and try he did bringing this massive king to the net! I told Brian, hooking these big kings is like lassoing a bull and holding on! Only thing you can do is try to keep them hooked up and tire them out.

Fresh pushes of king salmon continue to enter the river system and has been one of the best salmon runs we’ve had in a long time. Fall steelhead are starting to trickle in. The hot – low water start to fall has the fall steelhead run on a slight delay but is imminent!
