Muskegon River Trout On Dry Flies

Muskegon River Trout On Dry Flies

(Jim pictured with a really nice Muskegon river brown trout)

Trout fishing the Muskegon river with dry flies has been on fire recently.  Here’s Jim and his son’s Carter (right) and Chase (left) holding an outstanding brown that took a caddis fly on the swing.  These mild temps have produced some excellent caddis hatches in the mid morning and late afternoons.  Several large trout are rising for the take.
