Day two in fall steelhead paradise as Ed lands an outstanding 171b chrome buck! This steelhead gives new meaning to the term “Muskegon river silver bullet” as this buck jumped several times and took Ed deep into his backing in seconds. We missed him on the first take, got the boat back in position and landed him on second cast in the same spot. Congratulations Ed! You’ve put your time in to earn this one. Great job!!
Steelhead numbers continue to grow as the cold mornings and rain lower the water temps and increase the flow bringing more steelhead upstream with it.
