Here’s Nick from Chicago with a chrome steelhead from the Muskegon River. 70 degrees one day and back in the 30’s the next. You’ve gotta love the fall steelhead weather in Michigan!
The recent rains have brought the water up slightly along with some new steelhead reaching the upper stretches of the river. The tricky part is approaching these steelhead in the low clear water on bright sunny days.
